I Am Going to Move to District 18
I was excited about getting a job promotion, even though the location of it was in District 18. That meant I would have to travel a lot further for work, but it was well worth it since it meant I would also get a really nice pay raise. I knew that I would finish my career out at this location too, so it also meant that I would only have to travel further until I was able to get into a Treasure at Tampines condo. I chose this one because of all the condo developments in District 18, this is the one that had every single thing that I wanted where I live.
The location was one of the more important things I was concerned with, but I also wanted to make sure that the development had all the amenities that I wanted. I am single, so I wanted places where I can mingle with other singles and get to know everyone who is social. I also like that the fitness center is state of the art, and I would not require the gym membership that I have right now once I move in there.
The most important thing though was the actual layout of the apartment. I like that there are so many different choices. A lot of developments that have floor plans available all have the same one. For me, I definitely wanted a two bedroom condo. What I liked is that there are six different floor plans I was able to choose from. I looked at each two bedroom floor plan carefully, and I knew that I was going to go with the two bedroom unit that also has a study tucked away by the kitchen. I have already submitted my application, and that alone makes traveling extra now a lot easier knowing that it won’t always be this way.
