Of course it is illegal to answer your phone or text when you are on the go and this can make it all the more difficult when you get that all important phone call. It isn’t illegal to go hands free, but then you need to worry about the buttons you are pressing and by the end of all this, your phone has most likely gone under the car seat, never to be seen again.
